  • Undergraduate having 12 to 30 months of international calling experience can apply.
  • MCA/ MBA with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.

Required Skills: 

  • Candidate must have the willingness to work in Rotational/ Night Shifts (24x7).
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Both side Transport facility will be provided.

Work Description: 

  • Candidate will have to verify warranty entitlement and determine appropriate action.
  • You will have to provide maintenance, consulting services, and basic remote deployment.
  • This role involves resolving & diagnosis of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for solution implementation and diagnostics.
  • You will be responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to performance, customization, operation, installation, configuration and usage of assigned products.
  • Candidate will have to apply diagnostic techniques to investigate causes, identify problems and recommend solutions to correct failures.
