Work Description: 

  • This hiring is for Inbound Voice Process.
  • Candidate will be required to handle queries and must be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.
  • Comprehend the issue, search on knowledge management tool and communicate effectively.
  • You will have to handle user queries through emails and calls related to MS-Office, Printer, Internet Explorer, Operating system and Network related issues.
